Hi, I’m Glen

I believe it’s not only transformative to learn habit formation skills, it’s essential to thrive in the whitewater of our digital lifestyle.

I’m a serial entrepreneur who teaches people around the world behavior design through a series of workshops focusing on creating new habits.

Previously, I was the founder and CEO of an award winning Internet technology and online marketing company, Mojo Interactive. Our customers and partners included Disney, Google, Capital One, GE Capital, Alcon Surgical, Drugstore.com, HealthGrades, American Academy of Ophthalmology, John Hopkins, and the Cleveland Clinic. We worked with thousands of small and medium private health and medical practices, centers and hospitals through our top two properties, LocateADoc.com, a health site educating and helping consumers to connect with the best doctors, and PracticeDock, a customer acquisition and online publishing platform for medical professionals.

My current work helps people and organizations create successful new habits that lead them to build better products and services. I assist individuals who want to create new habits as well as organizations and entrepreneurs that want to learn how to innovate and design products that get people to take positive steps toward more fulfilling lives.

I am certified in the Tiny Habits® behavior change methodology pioneered by Stanford’s B.J. Fogg, PhD, and have helped organizations and individuals successfully design new habits throughout the U.S. and Europe.

I believe in the importance of a mindfulness practice in habit formation. I've studied mindfulness meditation with University of Massachusetts Medical School's Jon Kabat-Zinn and am an alum of the Mindful School’s Curriculum for educators.

When I’m not working on habit formation or advising other entrepreneurs and organizations, I spend my time helping end HIV/AIDS as well as educating on the benefits of mindfulness through my philanthropic work. I currently serve as the President of the Board of Directors for Project Inform, a non-profit focusing on education and advocacy for HIV and Hepatitis C issues.
